Reports Not Going to Designated Network Folder

Issue with reports not going to the designated network folder.


Possible culprits:


1) The Distribution Service may need to be restarted


2) The user that runs the Distribution Service must have the rights to it (The Shared Folder) this might have changed. (Consult with your internal IT department)


3) Check that the Available Network Location settings are correct in Advanced Settings Maintenance.


For pre-6.X versions, go to Manage>Options>Advanced Setting Maint. Choose AvailableNetworkLocations from the drop down menu.


For 6.X versions, go to the Admin menu on the upper right, select Advanced tab from the left pane, then select Advanced Setting Maintenance. Choose AvailableNetworkLocations from the drop down menu.


Only the User with ID 1 will be able to access the tables to edit. (Usually the user named “Renovo”)

Note: You may need to restart the app pool and the distribution service.
