The User does not need Local Admin rights; however, it is frequently set up that way to handle many of the different rights it needs:
- Run as a Service
- Read/write from the directory/directories where any logging takes place.
- Read/write from any Network Shares that are in use for Distribution purposes and/or reading Excel files!
- Communicate with the SMTP server for mail purposes!
- Connect to one or more SQL Servers if Integrated Authority is used!
- Open/listed TCP/IP ports for communication purposes
