How to restart a Agent Service

If you are using FYIsoft in the Cloud and your ERP is install on-premises, there is a FYIsoft Cloud Agent service install in your environment that manages the communication between your ERP and CloudFYI. From time to time, you may need to restart this service.  This may be necessary after a server update or server reboot.


To restart the CloudAgent, log into the server. Open "Services".  Look for CloudFYI_Agent.  Click restart.
