Typically, weird issues with Rows or Organizations are usually resolved with a clearing of Cache and Cookies in the Browser or a recycling of the Application Pool.
However, in this case that was not the culprit. By executing an (F12) in the Browser Console the programmer was able to see a complaint against Bad Data in certain user set ups.
In SSMS we analyzed the User Data table and saw Null’s in the External Application ID for a few users.

Solution:
By opening up the user set up(s) in ReportFYI and simply clicking on the “Save” button the External Application ID was updated and the issue was resolved in the ReportFYI GUI
